Bir Hayâl... Bir Davet... Birlikte Gerçekleştirebileceğimiz Bir Fikir...
Yıllar önce zihnimde filizlenen bir hayâli bugün sizlerle paylaşmak istiyorum.
Henüz böyle bir proje yok.
Henüz böyle bir gönüllü ağ yok.
Henüz böyle bir sistem kurulmuş değil.
Ama ya hep birlikte mümkün kılsaydık?
Hayâl ettiğim şey çok basit...
Dünyanın neresinde olursa olsun; kurutulmuş meyveler başta olmak üzere, doğal ve uzun süre muhafaza edilebilen gıdaların, çevre dostu ve mümkünse doğada çözünebilen ambalajlar içerisinde, hiçbir ticari amaç güdülmeden, tamamıyla gönüllü insanların katkılarıyla ihtiyaç sâhiplerine ücretsiz ulaştırılması...
Her ambalajın üzerinde;
• ürünün adının,
• yetiştiği bölgenin,
• hasat tarihinin,
• kurutulma tarihinin,
• varsa diğer temel bilgilerin,
şeffaf biçimde yer alması...
En önemli ilke
Bu projenin en temel prensibi şudur:
Ürünün kaynağından ihtiyaç sâhibine ulaşıncaya kadar geçen hiçbir aşamada hiçbir kişi veya kuruluş herhangi bir ücret, kâr, komisyon veya maddî kazanç talep etmez.
Üretenden paketleyene...
Paketleyenden taşıyana...
Taşıyandan dağıtana...
Herkes tamamen gönüllülük esasıyla katkı sunar.
Bu, bir ticaret modeli değil;
bir dayanışma modelidir.
Ne sahibi var...
Ne lideri...
Ne de kahramanı...
Eğer bir gün gerçekleşirse...
Bu projenin ne bir sâhibi olacaktır...
Ne bir lideri...
Ne de bu fikir üzerinden kazanç, ün, prestij veya kişisel çıkar elde etmeye çalışan birileri...
Çünkü bazı fikirler sahiplenilmek için değil;
paylaşılmak için doğar.
Neden "The Food Prince 👣"?
Projenin adı The Food Prince 👣.
Logoda yer alan ayak izleri, İngilizcedeki footprints kavramına da ince bir gönderme niteliğindedir.
Bir bebeğe âit olduğunu varsaydığımız bu ayak izleri; masumiyeti, yeni başlangıçları, umudu, gelecek nesilleri ve insanlığın dünyada bırakmayı seçebileceği iyilik izlerini simgelemektedir.
Herkes katkı sunabilir
Dünyanın herhangi bir yerinde yaşayan herkes;
aynı proje adını,
aynı logo anlayışını,
aynı temel ilkeleri benimseyerek;
kendi bilgi, meslek, uzmanlık, yetenek ve imkânları doğrultusunda bu gönüllü dayanışma ağına katkı sunabilir.
Bir çiftçi olabilir...
Bir kurutma tesisi...
Bir grafik tasarımcısı...
Bir yazılımcı...
Bir şoför...
Bir ambalaj üreticisi...
Bir tercüman...
Bir öğrenci...
Bir emekli...
Ya da sadece paylaşmak isteyen biri...

Bu fikir, daha önce paylaştığım O Bem Maior (Bütünün Hayrı / The Greater Good) anlayışıyla aynı ruhu taşımaktadır.
Çünkü bence en doğru soru,
"Ben ne kazanacağım?" değil,
"Hep birlikte neyi mümkün kılabiliriz?" sorusudur.
Bu yönüyle The Food Prince, hayâl ettiğim #İmececiDayanışmacıDüzen anlayışının küçük ama somut örneklerinden biri olabilir.

THE FOOD PRINCE 👣
A Dream... An Invitation... An Idea We Can Build Together...
Many years ago, a simple dream took root in my mind.
Today, I would like to share it with you.
There is no such project yet.
There is no such volunteer network yet.
There is no such system... yet.
But what if we built it together?
The idea is simple.
Imagine naturally preserved foods—especially dried fruits—being delivered, free of charge, to people in need, anywhere in the world.
Every package would be environmentally friendly, preferably biodegradable, and clearly labelled with transparent information such as:
• Product name
• Region of origin
• Harvest date
• Drying date
• Other essential information
The most important principle
From the source of the product until it reaches a person in need,
no individual or organization requests or receives any fee, commission, profit, or financial benefit at any stage.
The grower...
The processor...
The packager...
The transporter...
The volunteer who delivers it...
Everyone contributes voluntarily.
This is not a business model.
It is a model of solidarity.
No owner...
No leader...
No hero...
If this dream ever becomes reality,
it should belong to no one.
There should be no owner.
No leader.
No one seeking profit, fame, prestige or personal recognition through it.
Because some ideas are not meant to be owned.
They are meant to be shared.
Why "The Food Prince 👣"?
The project is called The Food Prince 👣.
Its logo features a pair of footprints, a subtle reference to the English word itself.
We imagine these footprints to belong to a baby, symbolizing innocence, new beginnings, hope, future generations, and the positive footprints humanity can choose to leave behind.
Everyone can contribute
Anyone, anywhere in the world, is welcome to participate by embracing the same name, the same logo concept, and the same core principles.
Whether you are
a farmer,
a food producer,
a designer,
a programmer,
a driver,
a packaging specialist,
a translator,
a student,
a retiree,
or simply someone who wishes to help—
your knowledge, profession, skills, experience or available resources can become part of this global volunteer network.
This belongs to everyone.
O Bem Maior
This idea follows the same spirit as O Bem Maior (The Greater Good).
Because the most important question is not,
"What will I gain?"
but,
"What can we make possible together?"
In that sense, The Food Prince could become a practical example of the #CollaborativeSolidarityOrder that I dream about.
A salute...
With respect and gratitude, I salute all the people and initiatives around the world who have devoted themselves to reducing hunger, sharing food, and strengthening voluntary solidarity.
A special greeting as well to the volunteers of #FoodNotBombs.
Our methods may not be identical, yet we share a belief that food, compassion and solidarity should always prevail over indifference.
Humanity's future does not depend on producing more...
It depends on sharing what already exists more fairly.
There is no such network yet.
But there could be.
Together.
